Carrillo Rods are great upgrades for your engine.
They are stronger than the stock rods that can withstand higher HP, higher TQ, and higher RPM's than the stock connecting rods. They are a must for any turbo charged / super charged engine. They are highly recommended for naturally aspirated engines. H-Beam Rods.
Carrillo offers 2 variations of the connecting rods for these Applications. They offer a naturally aspirated rods for naturally aspirated engine, These are optimized for high strength while still making it light-weight for good rotating mass and higher RPM potential. They also offer Turbo Rod for Turbo / Super charged engines that are using high boost engines. These rods are increased weights for higher strength rods for handling the additional performance from the increased boost pressures.
We recommend the naturally aspirated rods for built naturally aspirated engines.
We recommend the turbo rods for Turbo Charged / Super Charged / and Nitrous Engines.
