COVID-19 Operation Status / Updates

JSD Machine Works has been keeping track of the COVID-19 Pandemic. At this time, We are still accepting, processing, and shipping orders. We will do our best to update this page ASAP if anything changes.

If you call, and cannot get a hold of someone, please leave a message and we will call you back ASAP.

Order Processing Delays:
-We are working as quickly as possible to process and fulfill orders, but some orders may have extra processing and fulfillment times, typically no more than 2-3 additional business days, if any. We will try to keep everyone as up to date as possible on order status,

Brand Specific Delays:
Most Brands and Products are experincing delays and extended lead times. The Following Brands / Products are experiencing known delays that will result in extended lead times.
-Dasa Racing: Dasa Racing Exhaust Pipes are currently backed up and are experincing delays of around 2-4 weeks, on most pipes, depending on their and our current stock. Dasa Racing Pipes may be backordered, and special order pipes (with custom options such as coatings, special colors, etc.), may experince extended delays of 4-8 weeks, again, based off Dasa Racings and Our Current Stock on pipes.
-OEM Yamaha Parts: Yamaha is currently expereincing delays and is backed up. OEM Yamaha Parts, that are not currently in stock, are taking a minimum of 7-10 buisness days for us to receive from Yamaha, but on some orders, we have expereinced 2-4 week lead times from Yamaha.
-Web Camshafts: Out of Stock Web Camshafts are currently taking 2-4 weeks for us to receive from Web Camshafts.

Shipping Information:
-UPS has cancelled all shipping guarantees (sudch as Overnight guarantees, 2 Day guarantees, etc.) on all shipping services that normally offer shipping guarantees.
-All Shipping Carriers are having increased shipment volumes and may take a couple extra days to receive parts and shipments. So Please allow a couple extra days for your parts orders.
