06+ Raptor 700 108mm Big Bore Kit
This Kit is a Top End Rebuild Kit that includes:
-108mm 14:1 Diamond Piston* (Race Fuel or Alcohol Applications)
-108mm CPI Cylinder**. This is an high quality aftermarket cylinder casting that can handle the additional loads of a large bore high HP engine.
-108mm Cometic Top End Gasket Kit
This Kit is for the rider looking to get the most power out of there Raptor 700 Engine. This kit makes the engine a 770cc engine when used with a Stock Stroke Crankshaft.
This Kit is recommended to be ran with an Carrillo Rod or Falicon Rod Crankshaft to have the most reliable strongest combination possible.
*Please Note: Due to this Piston having a wide dome area, Piston to Combustion Chamber Clearance will need to be checked and Combustion Chamber (if not already modified by your Cylinder Head Porter, etc.) may need to be opened up to clear this Piston Dome.*
**Crankcase Boring is required to Install Cylinder. We have brand new OEM Yamaha Crankcases available here with Optional Machine Work for this Cylinder. If you would like to have your Crankcases bored for Cylinder, Please Contact Us for a quote.**
