Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations

Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. If return is from our mistake (received wrong item, etc.), there will not be any restocking charge on these returns. All Other Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you where charged shipping on your order, these shipping charges are not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Replacement is also available if parts are received damaged.

Non-Returnable Items include, but are not limited to, Electrical Parts, Installed Parts, Special Order / Custom Parts, etc.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We do not accept returns without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.


Shipping

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders of $100 to US Addresses. We pick the carrier and service (Usually USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground) to provide quick shipping service and economical costs.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If you prefer a certain carrier or service, please be sure to specify during checkout. If you need Expedited Shipping Service, Please Contact Us for a shipping quote, availability check, and to place an order.

Update 8/20/23: On any refused shipments / shipments returned to sender, Order will be refunded - our 20% Restocking Charges and any return to sender shipping costs. Original Shipping Charges (if applicable) will also not be refunded. If Special Order / Custom Order Parts are included in the refused / returned shipment are still the property of the customer (even if refused or returned to sender) and will not be refunded. All Special / Custom Order Parts will be made available for reshipment, Customer will be responsible for any cost associated with reshipment / return shipment be paid prior to Items being reshipped.

Additional Shipping Policy / Information for Orders Paid with Credit / Debit Cards (PayPal Payments are Excluded from the Following Policy): On all Orders paid with Credit / Debit Cards, We will only ship to the billing address linked to the Credit Card / Debit Card. We cannot ship to any other addresses. Please use PayPal if you want to have an order shipped to a different address than the billing address linked to the card (you can still pay for the order with your card, through PayPal). All Orders paid with a Credit Card with a different shipping address than billing address are subject to Cancellation. All Orders that require Cancellation for this reason are subject to a 5% processing charge that will be taken from the refund sent back for the Cancelled Order.

International Orders: We ship most items available internationally. We only accept PayPal Payments on International Orders. Any International Orders received without PayPal Payment (i.e. Paid by Credit / Debit Card, etc.) will be canceled and refunded and will have to be reordered and paid with PayPal. We only ship to the Billing Address on all International Orders, no exceptions. International Shipping Service available is USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Mail Express International. Expedited International Service is available to select destinations, Please Contact Us for shipping quote, availability check, and to place an order. Customers are responsible for all Customs Fees and Taxes on International Orders. In the rare occasion, an item ordered can not be shipped to your destination, we will contact you and will refund you for that item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Cancellations

Please Contact Us immediately if you have to cancel all or part of your order. Once Order is pulled from Inventory, there is a 20% restocking fee on all cancellations. Non-Stocking Items are subject to up to a 20% restocking charge once items are shipped from Manufacturers, if cancelled. Any Special Order Items / Custom Items are not eligible for cancellation once order is placed.

All Orders Paid Via PayPal are subject to an additional Cancellation Fee of 4% on Domestic Orders and 6% on International Orders that will be deducted from the refund, this additional fee is to cover the PayPal Fees that are not refunded to the seller when refunding the customer.

Parts that are listed as Backordered are out of stock in our warehouse and are on order from our supplier (and may be backordered from our supplier as well).

Pricing

JSD Machine Works is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing on the website. If a Typographical Error has occurred that resulted in an item being purchased at an incorrect pricing, we will contact you and provide a solution to correct the issue (either provide option to collect additional payment or refund overpayment).

*Effective starting 5/12/2022 till further notice (Any Orders Dated On or Past this Date are subject to this section): Due to Current Market Conditions, Pricing is subject to change without notice. While we try to keep the pricing updated on products on our website, some products / items pricing may not be up to date or current (This may be particularly true for backordered / special order items). If the parts ordered have had a pricing increase from purchase price, we will contact you after purchase (typically within 1 buisness day) with the new updated product pricing. We can take a Card over the phone or take PayPal for any Pricing difference payment, but payment must be received in full prior to order processing. Refunds will be provided for any products that the customer does not want to pay increased pricing. Please Note: Any Partial Order Refunds (For Card Payments) and all PayPal Payment Refunds are subject to a fee of 4% for Domestic Orders and 6% for International Orders that will be deducted from the refund. This Additional Fee is to cover the payment processing fees that are not refunded to the seller when refunding the customer. Orders / Products are subject to cancellation and refund of payment for any declined price increase payment requests.
