CPI Cylinders use heavy duty high quality castings that allow for larger bore sizes. Cylinders have bracing around cylinder skirts and inside water jackets for increased strength. Cast, Machined, and Plated in the USA. Brand New Cylinder Casting, Not a Bored or Sleeved OEM Cylinder, No Core Required.
Cylinder has a Aluminum Bore with Nikasil Coating, for best possible cooling and thermal expansion characteristics. Larger Capacity Water Jackets for improved Cooling Capacity. Cylinder Skirts and Water Jackets are braced to improve bore sleeve stability with stroker and nitrous applications. These are the cylinders we use in all our large displacement high performance engines.
Crankcase Boring is required to Install Cylinder. We have brand new OEM Honda Crankcases available here with Optional Machine Work for this Cylinder. If you would like to have your Crankcases bored for Cylinder, Please Contact Us for a quote.
