FCR Carburetor Accelerator Pump Upgrade Kit. This Kit is out of the 07-08 CRF250R/450R.
This Accelerator Pump Kit includes new AP cover, AP diaphragm, AP spring, and AP actuator rod, and AP O-ring.
This Kit Improves AP response and duration, allowing you to eliminate the AP bog in most situations. Accelerator Pump bog causes poor off idle to immediate full throttle response.
This kit moves the AP check valve from the float bowl to the AP cover, resulting in better response. The Diaphragm Pin height / actuator rod length is different allowing for an increased diaphragm travel for more pump duration.
This Kit is a direct replacement for the 07-08 CRF450R Accelerator Pump and 07-09 CRF250R Accelerator Pump. If your Carburetor is not from those models, this kit does require modifications to the float bowl (removing the check valve from the float bowl, or reusing old AP pump cover)
The FCR Accelerator Pump is a tuning item. This kit is not guaranteed to solve all AP or other tuning issues, it is meant as a tuning option to help dial in the AP pump operation. Tuning parts are non returnable once removed from original packaging.
