Replaces OEM Honda 04-14 TRX450R Clutch Covers. Provides a 33% weight savings compared to OEM Honda Aluminum Clutch Cover. Uses OEM Honda O-Ring and Bolts. *Lightweight Aluminum or Titanium Bolt Kits are Available*.
*Bolts are a 6mm x 1.00 Thread. These Bolts are a Flanged Hex Head to match stock. Heads of Bolts are dished to remove additional weight. Bolts have Rolled Threads.
The Aluminum Bolts are made from 7075 aluminum and are the lightest bolt option. These are 65% lighter compared to the Stock Steel Bolts, and are 35% lighter compared to the Titanium Bolts. Maximum Torque on these is recommended at 7 ft/lbs. We have tested these bolts and that is more than enough torque to properly seal the Clutch Cover and leaks will not be any issue as long as a non-flattened O-Ring is used.
The Titanium Bolts are made from Grade 5 Titanium. These Bolts are 40% lighter compared to the Stock Steel Bolts. These can be installed and torqued just like stock bolts if desired.
