Polaris Predator 500 Big Bore Kit.
This kit takes the predator from the stock 500cc to a 560cc monster.
This kit increases the horsepower and torque significantly over the entire RPM range. Recommended be ran with ported head, camshafts, exhaust pipe, and carburetor modifications.
Kit includes:
-Bored and Plated OEM Cylinder (Plating dome by Millennium Technologies)
-105mm 12.5:1 JE Piston
-105mm Cometic Top End Gasket Kit
Core Charge Details:
Core Charge is refundable within 60 Days of Purchase. Outright Purchase or New Cylinder option will not receive a Core Charge Refund. Cylinder Core must be a OEM Polaris Cylinder. No Sleeved Cylinders will be accepted. No Damage to Cylinder Exterior, Threads or Other Features, No Damage to Gasket Surfaces. Slight Bore Damage (Worn Bore, Piston Material Transfer, etc.) is okay, but No Cracked Bores or Broken Cylinder Skirts will be accepted.
Purchase of NEW OEM Polaris Cylinder for Modification or Send your Cylinder in for Modification (if you want to receive your cylinder back) will have additional lead time as these are services that are performed as desired. Typically Lead Time is anywhere from 4-8 Weeks (depending on work load at the time).
