This Hot Shot charging kit includes both a new HO rotor and a lithium friendly combination rectifier-regulator for 1968-74 CB450K and 1970-74 CL450. This kit is designed for custom builds as the rec/reg won't look the same as OE and will need to be relocated. The kit will put out approximately 150 watts: 50% over OE. You do NOT need to replace your OE stator unless it tests bad, this kit works with the OE stator.
