Modifications Required:
Requires Drilling and Tapping Cases to 1/2"-20 Thread, and drilling cylinder and head for stud clearance. JSD Machine Works can perform this work if needed.

Suzuki Hayabusa Kibblewhite 1/2" Head Stud Kit

Head Studs allow for higher torque, and do not stretch like some of the OEM Bolts are known to do. These are a must in high performance NA, Turbo, Supercharged, and Nitrous Engines. These Studs help prevent Head Gasket Failure.

Increased Head Stud Torque to 50-55 ft lbs.

Includes 10 Kibblewhite 1/2" Head Studs, Kibblewhite 1/2" Nuts, Kibblewhite 1/2" Washers, ARP Ultra Torque Fastener Lube, and Installation Instructions.

Engine Cases Must be Drilled and Tapped to 1/2"-20 Thread. Cylinder and Cylinder Head must also be drilled for stud clearance. JSD Machine Works can perform these services if necessary.
