Suzuki LTR450 Top End Rebuild Kit
This kit includes:
-Replating OEM Cylinder (Cylinder Plating done by Millennium Technologies, New Cylinders also available)
-CP Piston (Multiple Compression Ratios and Options available)
-Cometic Top End Gasket Kit (Includes Head and Base Gasket, Exhaust Gasket, and Tensioner Gasket) (OEM Gasket Kit are also available)
CP Pistons are available with 11.7:1 (Stock Compression), 13:1 2-ring (Standard Series and MX Series), 13.5:1 2-ring (Standard Series and MX Series), 13.75:1 2-ring (MX Series Only).
CP MX Series Pistons include Moly Skirt Coating and DLC wrist pins Standard. MX Series Pistons use a light weight forging to allow for optimum high RPM performance. JE Pro Series Pistons are a light weight design to allow for better high RPM performance.
Replated OEM Suzuki Cylinders are typically in stock and ready to ship. We will contact you if ready to ship replated OEM Cylinders are currently not available at time of purchase with the current options available. Cylinder Core or Core Charge payment is required prior to shipment of Kit. *CYLINDER CORE NOTES*: Cylinder Cores must be OEM Suzuki Cylinder Cores, not Aftermarket Cores will be accepted. Damage to Cylinder Plating is acceptable. Damage to Underlying Aluminum (Damage to Aluminum Cylinder Bore, underneath the plating surface), Damage to Gasket Surfaces, or Damage to Exterior of Cylinder Core will not be accepted. New Cylinders are available. Cylinders available are new OEM and new Cylinder Works.
CP Pistons Add-On Features are Special Order Items. Special Order Items are Special Order and cannot be Returned or Canceled once order is placed. These Special Order Features do add a lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks to this kit.
