This 480cc Top End Kit for the 04-05 TRX450R is a complete top end rebuild kit and includes a cylinder, piston, and gasket kit.
This Kit is great for MX, Trail, XC, Duning, Drag, and Desert riding. It increases the CC's of your engine from 449cc to 479cc.

-97mm Big Bore Nikasil Cylinder*
-97mm CP piston 13:1 compression

*There are Several Options for cylinders for the 480cc Big Bore Top End Kit:
-OEM Honda Cylinder Bored to 97mm and replated is the cheapest option. This Option does require customers cylinder be sent in for modification. This Cylinder is only recommended for Stock Stroke Builds, we do not recommend these cylinders for stroker bottom ends, as the OEM Cylinders bored to 97mm have a increased failure rate when combined with stroker bottom ends, we recommend 1 of the Aftermarket Cylinder Options if using a stroker crankshaft.
-JSD Machine Works 97mm Cylinder. This is our In House Aftermarket Cylinder. This is a new Aluminum Cylinder Casting with Nikasil plated bore. This is our go to cylinder for the 480cc kit and will also work with stroker crankshaft applications.
-Cylinder Works 97mm Cylinder. We offer these Cylinders for customers who prefer a Cylinder Works Cylinder.
-Athena 97mm Cylinder**. We offer these Cylinders for customers who prefer an Athena Cylinder.
**Athena Cylinder Kits will cone with a Athena Top End Gasket Kit, will not come with the Cometic Top End Gasket Kit.

This kit is great for almost any application. It will allow a wide torque and an increase in HP. This kit is a complete drop in kit and requires no machine work or additional modifications to install this kit and run it.
Cylinder Head Porting, Bored FCR, Exhaust, Camshaft are all Highly Recommended for this kit to get the full potential power and TQ from this kit. We recommended 110+ octane race fuel for this engine kit.
