These valve springs are highly recommended for most applications.

Kit includes: Dual Spring Kit, Titanium Retainers, Steel Base Washers, and Steel Spring Shims (May Require Spring Shims to Achieve Required Installed Height)

These valve springs are good to .500" of valve lift on the intake and exhaust. These springs also include titanium retainers for the lightest retainer possible, allowing for increase RPM and lighter spring forces. Shortened Valve Guides (Kibblewhite Valve Guides) are required for any camshafts with Valve Lift higher than .430".
